One of the things I want to do better for my business this year is blog, something I’ve always struggled with. But I figure what better time than now to get in the habit of it during my “slow” time! And I much prefer to talk about other people than myself, so I’ve decided to do some shameless plugs for some of my greatest friends, who happen to be some of the most awesome, talented and BA boss ladies and gents you’ll ever meet. A little over a year ago (how have we only been friends for a year?! Feels like a lifetime!) I met my friend Janel when I did some head shots and photos of her food at an event for her, and as they say, the rest is history. Janel blows me away with every event she caters, with her gorgeous presentation that is matched with amazing flavor. So if you’re going to be hosting a bridal shower, bachelorette party, baby shower, wedding day breakfast or lunch, or really any party you’re looking to have catered give Seven Boutique Catering a shout. She’s so versatile in her art, so you dream it up and she can cook it!
Here’s a look into the gorgeous breakfast she put together : Broiled grapefruit with a lemon whipped cream // wheat blinis with beet and feta puree and salmon // rosemary, citrus, olive oil bundt cake with citrus icing // salad with avocado, blood oranges and feta // and champagne (obviously).
